Dr. Siano is a 1995 graduate of Life University where he was recruited to play for the Life University Rugby team, and given a full scholarship to the Chiropractic doctorate program. Upon graduation, he was employed as Director of the Life University Wellness center for 5 years, during which time he provided chiropractic services to numerous Olympic and professional athletes. He was in private practice in Georgia until 2019.

Michael and his wife Martha moved to Washington County Maine in 2020 to continue their love of serving others by bringing Chiropractic services to the area.
